Before your appointment
Following a Brow Lamination and/or Lash Lift, you will not be able to get them wet for 24 hours. It may be helpful to shower prior to your appointment.
Please remove any mascara or eye makeup prior to a lash appointment. Removing mascara requires additional time that may take away from your appointment.
Refrain from using retinol or other active exfoliants one week prior to a brow waxing appointment.
Please cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hour notice. Late cancellations or rescheduling is subject to our cancellation policy detailed below.
Make arrangements for childcare. We want you to be able to relax and us to be able to focus all our attention on you!
Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
A No Call/No Show will result in us charging your card for the remainder of the booked service.If the fee is not paid you will be blocked from booking future appointments.
Late Clients
Arriving 15 min or later for to your scheduled appointment may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please be mindful of those who are have appointments right after yours.
refunds & adjustments
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions.
We are happy to offer an adjustment if you feel one is needed after leaving the salon within 7 days of your appointment. Requests for adjustments made after this time may result in an additional service charge.
